GLOG Barbarian

Barbarian—men learned to kill from Wolves, in whose eyes dance dreams of a world without violence. Some still practice the primordial fighting arts.

Gain +2HP per Barbarian template.

A: Stance—learn one stance per template. Stances require the utmost focus and may only be used while unarmored. It takes one round to assume a stance.

B: Vengeance—melee attacks deal 2 more damage when under half HP.

C: Momentum—change stance upon killing a foe.

D: Breath of Life—absorb the seed of a living being upon ending its life. Gain temporary HP equal to the HD of the killed monster.

Stances:

Heaven’s Gate—the weapon is held aloft, fit to cleave a mountain. Add 4 to damage made with melee attacks. Draws on the wielder’s lifeforce: successful attacks cost 1d6 HP.

Arched Willow—a low, inviting posture; the face is drawn like an elder. When attacked in melee, the wielder may choose to automatically land a blow on the foe; if the foe lives then their attack also automatically strikes the wielder.

Swallow’s Wing—the weapon is wound behind the back, as before an execution. The next attack ‘cuts the wind’ and strikes all foes up to 1 zone away for 2d6 damage.

Crystal Path—the weapon and wielder become empty, a single being of pure response. Enemy attacks are intercepted which reduces all damage by 2. Attacks 'cut the soul' and strike as magic, thus harming ghosts and spirits.
